Refunds & Cancellation Deadline
We understand that plans change and we make every effort to be most accommodating. But we do have fixed costs to manage. Thank you for understanding.
- 100% of the All tuition is refundable by midnight April 1st.
- 50% of the tuition is refundable by midnight May 1st. A processing fee of $20 will apply.
- No refunds after May 1st.
- We are unable to refund at any time, extended care sessions, scholarships, seed fund donations or registration processing fee.
Change Request Fee
$20 fee to transfer to another camp class or location.
Duplicate Receipt Fee
$20 fee for issuing additional (or duplicate) registration receipt for any purpose including tax. Keep your receipt as it has all the tax information you will need.
Medication & Severe Allergies
Our camp staff will not administer medications (or epi-pen). Parents must bring medication to camp and administer it themselves or keep the camper home.
Campers will not be allowed to eat in the classroom or to share their food as much as possible to avoid allergy reactions.
Check Email prior to Start
You must check email the day before first class for any possible last-minute information such as room number changes.
Late Pickup Penalty
Grades 3-8: Please do not be late for pickup. Our instructors have commitments after camp. For late pickup (you are considered late 10 min after class ends) you may be invoiced. Repeat offenders will be asked to drop the camp.
Mandatory Checkin-checkout, Unless parents permit
Grades 3-8 summer camp requires parent check-in and checkout signatures. If a student is to walk home or walk to the curb, the parent must document their permission on the registration form.
Authorized Pickup
Grades 3-8: If a student is to be picked up by someone besides the parent, the registration form must specify that or we must have received an email with the person’s name at least a day prior to pick up.
Company initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to relocate a camp to a nearby facility in event of facility closures. If a camp is canceled for whatever reason, we will provide full tuition refund.
What to Bring to Camp
Students are advised to dress comfortably, wear sunscreen and pack a healthy lunch (unless the location offers a lunch option), snack and bring a water bottle(s). No supervision of students will be provided by camp staff before or after each class (or before and after extended day hours).
Students' Personal Belonging
The staff or company is not responsible for the student’s belongings.
Student Expulsion
A student can be dismissed by the instructor due to any behavior detrimental to the success of the program or success and safety of other students. No refund or adjustment will be provided to a dismissed student.
Permissions - Video/Picture, Company Content IP, Student idea/Project IP
In the event that you, as a legal guardian, wish to allow a minor to use the Site and/or any Company services including summer camp programs, you acknowledge that that minor will have permission to access this entire site and any Company services, including without limitation the camps, classes, contests.
Further, attendees of any Company programs may not videotape, record, reproduce or narrate entire sessions of the Content that is provided during the class sessions. Accordingly, the Content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of Company. You may not remove or alter, or cause to be removed or altered, any copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, or any other proprietary notice or legend appearing on any of the Content that is provided to you.
I understand and agree to the Terms/Policy and I grant to Company the right to take video or photographs of my child in connection with camp or contest. I authorize Mind in Progress its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Company may use such videos or photographs of my child for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, contest entry and Web content. Furthermore, I agree that any software, product ideas or business plans developed or discussed during the event by my child/dependent are done so with the help of the instructors and are shared openly with all students and are considered in public domain and do not constitute an intellectual property.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, I understand every effort will be made to contact me (if an adult, my spouse or next of kin). In the event I cannot be reached I hereby give my permission to the licensed healthcare practitioner selected by the adult instructor in charge to secure proper treatment including hospitalization, anesthesia, surgery, or injections of medication for my child (or me, if an adult).
* By registering, I agree that I have read the Rules and Information section of this document and understand the terms of enrollment. And, I give my permission for my child’s full participation in this camp.
